Sand cores are used to produce complex internal shapes or undercuts. Cold Box is the cold-curing core method predominantly used by us. Core boxes of steel are used at high volumes and plastic when volumes are lower. If necessary, cores are glued together to a core package, which at high volumes is robotized. For special needs we have also hot core methods. At high metal pressures and / or high surface requirements the cores are coated.
- Coldbox the most common core method
- Robotized gluing of core packages at high volumes
- Coating at high metal pressure and / or high surface requirements
